Get to know your Elite team members… Construction Supervisor, Mike Osbourne!

Another in our series of blogs about our incredible team members, this is a chance for you to learn a bit more about the unique people who are building your new Elite home… like Construction Supervisor, Mike Osbourne!

Mike has been with Elite Homes since 1990, working as a project manager, and now a supervisor. He is on the front lines with our homebuyers, answering questions, and making sure everything is exactly the way they want it. He is extremely detail-oriented, and will go the extra mile every time. He builds every home as if he were building it for himself, which is why you definitely want him supervising your home!

What’s your favorite part of the job?

I love creating something from nothing… taking a raw piece of land and helping build a home that someone will love. I care about people, so I get personally involved. It helps me build better homes. I love seeing a home I’ve helped build and pointing it out to my wife and kids!

What do you do in your spare time?

Anything where I can be outdoors!  I enjoy fishing and sports cars. And I have a motorcycle. Of course, I also love spending time with my wife, children and grandchildren.

What should people know about you?

I like volunteering. I volunteered in New Orleans after Katrina. And I’m a team leader in my church’s “Great Day of Service”.

What’s your motto?

Treat people fair and they’ll treat you fair.
