Delta faucets are installed throughout your new home. These faucets will not only conserve water but will help lower monthly water bills. We use an Air and Water Barrier on every exterior wall of your new Elite Home. A new Elite Home will help you maximize energy efficiency and we start on the outside walls. Drafts are eliminated and we save you dollars by using a wrap on all the outside walls of your new home.

Light-Emitting Diode (LED) lightbulbs use about one-seventh the electric power, and last 20 times longer, than traditional incandescent bulbs. LED lightbulbs last between 20,000 and 50,000 hours! These bulbs will illuminate your home and add to your annual energy (and dollar) savings.

We micro caulk all penetrations and wall plates to ensure your home is properly sealed to avoid leaks, drafts and maximize the efficiency of your new home. We seal your windows, trim boards, lighting fixtures, outdoor condenser lines, electrical panels, and plumbing pipes to ensure you, your family and your guests are comfortable while keeping your heating and cooling bills down.

PEX (Cross-linked polyethylene) water lines do not experience the typical corrosion, mineral build-up, abrasion, filming, pitting, brittleness and electrolysis that is often associated with metal and CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) water lines. PEX is also resistant to freeze damage since it expands and contracts as water freezes and thaws inside the tubing. We install PEX water lines with minimal fittings to ensure maximum water flow.

Every Elite Home is built with 9′ ceilings on the first floor. You get a sense of grandeur when you walk into a home with a higher ceiling and it improves the proportion of the room.

Elite Homes includes a fireplace option in every home.  Heat & Glo direct vent gas fireplaces provide the appeal of more traditional wood fireplaces while freeing you of any hands-on hassle and maintenance.  We bring comfort beyond compare to your new home with a Heat & Glo gas fireplace.

A new home will not feel like home without your personal touch. An Elite Home comes with Sherwin Williams Low VOC Paint in every home. Every Elite Home comes with a color of your personal preference, which reflects your personal style.

All Elite Homes come with brick-to-grade concrete foundation walls at porches, sides of houses or in the rear. Brick brings a durable and beautiful look to your new home. Because of its color retention and durability, brick requires minimal upkeep. It will not rot and does not need to be painted after you install it.

Elite Homes practices Radon Resistant New Construction (RRNC) methods. Every new Elite Home includes a passive radon-mitigation system that allows soil gases to flow from the soil beneath the slab through a vent pipe to the outdoors. Under every concrete slab inside your new home is a vapor barrier designed to keep radon out of your home and away from your family.

LVP Hardwood floors bring a certain elegance into your home that cannot be duplicated with other flooring types. Your Elite Home comes with LVP hardwood floors in many areas of the home. Hardwood flooring is a timeless look.

The HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning) system controls the temperature, humidity and overall air quality in your home. Having a new home with a modern HVAC system will not only keep you comfortable but potentially save you hundreds of dollars each year at the same time.

The first step to reducing moisture in your home is waterproofing the foundation walls. Waterproofing your foundation walls will keep more water away from your home, which reduces the likelihood that water will enter your home through the ground surrounding the basement walls.
