Path-To-Ownership
2). Design Center Preview
Immediately after completing the “Lot Reservation Agreement”, a request can be made for a one-hour preliminary design tour. This is not a full design appointment, but rather an optional 1-hour preview of the studio. During this time, the customer will have the opportunity to view products available for their new home. Initial pricing will then be discussed back at the sales center with their Sales Counselor. A full design center appointment and final design option pricing will be completed after the Purchase Agreement has been completed.

3). Home Site Evaluation
If necessary, customer can schedule a home site evaluation with a member of the construction team. We will explain community setback requirements and explain how the home will sit on the lot.
4). Loan Application Process
Prior to the Purchase Agreement date, the customer should begin the loan process. Any customers that choose to use our preferred lender, FBC Mortgage, will receive $2,500 towards closing costs. Should a customer elect not to move forward with FBC, they will not receive any closing cost incentives.

5). Purchase Agreement
Congratulations! Once we have answered customers questions at the design center preview, home site evaluation, and loan pre-approval have been completed, we are ready to move forward with the Purchase Agreement.
